CronPilot Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Part of IronWatch. These CronPilot Terms supplement and form part of the IronWatch Terms of Service, together with the IronWatch Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. By using CronPilot you agree to both these terms and the IronWatch Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the IronWatch Terms. If these terms conflict with the IronWatch Terms, the IronWatch Terms govern, except that these terms control for the CronPilot service.
What CronPilot is
CronPilot is an HTTP scheduling and message-queue platform operated by Robot, DESTROY! LLC. It dispatches HTTP requests to URLs you configure, on the schedules and queues you define.
Product-specific use
- You may only target URLs you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to send requests to. The acceptable-use rules in the IronWatch Terms (no denial-of-service, amplification, SSRF, or unauthorized targets) apply in full.
- You are responsible for what a delivered request triggers at your endpoint, including any destructive or irreversible action. Design your endpoints to handle duplicate deliveries safely.
- CronPilot aims for at-least-once delivery: a request may be retried and may therefore arrive more than once. We do not guarantee exactly-once delivery, ordering across queues, or delivery within a specific time.
- To sign and send the requests you configure, CronPilot stores the request headers, bodies, and signing secrets you provide. Use narrowly-scoped, rotatable credentials; you can delete them at any time.
Reliability
CronPilot is a supplementary scheduling and dispatch aid. It is not intended for emergency, life-safety, or other high-risk use, and you must not rely on it as your sole safeguard for critical workflows. See the availability and reliance section of the IronWatch Terms.
Everything else
Accounts, billing and cancellation, intellectual property, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and all other general terms are set out in the IronWatch Terms of Service.
